dengue - mild but fatal

Rimjhim Monsoon have started  but carries several diseases. Among them rare warned term is DENGUE. Hardly you have  witnessed or heard anyone falling victim of it except than media. Its because it is disguised as simple fever. Know it before its too late

Causes

Mainly spread by mosquito AEDES AEGYPTI. Bites  when you are about to complete your sweet dreams that is MORNING.

It carries dengue virus(DENV1,2,34) ,hence its a

viral infection.above devils get injected to blood 

SYMPTOMS

Headache

Eyepain

Rash

Vomiting

Joints pain

Heavy breathing

 Fever

Inflammation  

Red urine and black stool

Haematological profile: decrease of platelets called thrombocyotopaenia ( less than 10 thousands cells/mm³. This leads to bleeding (haemorrhagic fever/ raktshrav) 

Therapy

 To be taken to hospital as soon as possible,Patient require platelets.more liquid diet and never consult झाड़-फुँक बाबा 

*in case of fever paracetamol can be taken but never administer in way an antibiotic since its a viral infection.  Antibiotic has nothing to do with virus. Fever may last for 2-7  days.
